We have skilled staff with extensive experience in the aged care and health sectors. We aim to provide quality care to people aged 65 years and over, from the general Australian population and people from many ethnic backgrounds, as well as people who may be socially or financially disadvantaged.

Our founders
The Al Ebrahimi family has always shared a deep passion for supporting others through community care, compassion, and love. The journey of People First Healthcare began with Karima Al Ebrahimi, whose kindness and dedication to others have been the heart of the family’s mission. Known for her genuine compassion and hands-on approach, Karima has always been a front-facing presence, offering comfort, understanding, and unwavering support to every client she meets. Her values of empathy, respect, and service continue to shape the way People First Healthcare operates today.
In his early twenties, Dr Mohammed Al Ebrahimi turned this family value into a vision, establishing People First Healthcare to make quality healthcare available to all. Mohammed’s ambition has always been driven by a desire to create meaningful and lasting change, continually seeking innovative ways to enhance the standard of care provided to the community.
His brother, Ali Al Ebrahimi, who had long supported the business behind the scenes as a key advisor and legal counsel, officially joined the company in 2023 in an operational role. Since then, he has played a pivotal part in helping transform People First Healthcare into a growing national brand.
The Al Ebrahimi family’s unwavering commitment to providing high-quality healthcare, particularly to aged care and migrant communities, has earned them numerous awards and widespread recognition for their dedication and service.
