Is People First Healthcare an approved aged care provider?
Yes. People First Healthcare is an approved aged care provider and delivers the Support at Home program. Our My Aged Care provider ID is 38676. If you have been assigned a Support at Home package, you can nominate us with your referral code and we will set up your agreement from there.
Where does People First Healthcare deliver care?
Across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Our Victorian office is at Essendon Fields and our New South Wales office is at Fairfield in western Sydney. Care is delivered in your own home, not at either office.
Can I get help before my Support at Home package is approved?
Yes. Waiting times for a Support at Home package commonly run to several months. You can start privately funded services straight away and move onto your package once it is assigned, keeping the same carers.
