- Support workers, for domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, transport and companionship.
- Personal care attendants, for showering, dressing, grooming, continence support and transfers.
- Registered and enrolled nurses, for wound care, medication management, catheter and continence care and clinical monitoring.
- Physiotherapists and occupational therapists, working in people's homes rather than a clinic.
- Care coordinators, who build the care plans, do the home visits and stay across what changes.

How applying works
We don't publish a live vacancy list. Roles open and close by suburb and by shift pattern rather than in neat rounds, so a list would be out of date within a fortnight and would tell you less than a conversation will.
Instead, send an expression of interest through the form below. Tell us the role you're after, the suburbs you can realistically get to, what hours suit you, and what you hold in the way of qualifications and checks. That goes to us directly. If there's a fit now, or when one opens up near you, we'll be in touch to talk it through and ask for the documents.
Requirements vary by role and we confirm them with you rather than have you guess from a web page. Aged care work does require a National Police Certificate before you can start, nursing and allied health roles need current AHPRA registration, and most roles need a driver's licence and a car because the work is spread across suburbs. If you are not sure whether what you hold is enough, tell us what you have and let us give you an answer rather than rule yourself out. Languages other than English are a genuine asset here, so say which ones you speak.

Are current vacancies listed on this page?
No. We do not publish a live vacancy list here, because roles open and close by suburb and by shift pattern rather than in neat rounds. Applications come to us as expressions of interest through the form on this page, and we come back to you when there is something that matches where you are and what you do.
What checks do I need before I can start?
The right to work in Australia, a National Police Certificate, and the worker screening clearance that applies to the role. Most roles also need a current first aid certificate. Nursing and allied health roles need current registration with AHPRA. We will confirm exactly what your role needs before you start.
Do I need a driver's licence and a car?
For most roles, yes. The work happens in people's homes rather than in one building, and those homes are spread across a suburb or several. A small number of roles sit in one location or are office based, but assume you will be driving between clients.
Do I need previous aged care experience?
Not always. Experience helps, and for clinical roles the qualifications are not negotiable, but for support work what matters most is whether you can be relied on to turn up and whether an older person would be comfortable having you in their bathroom. Tell us what you have done and let us judge whether it transfers.
Where would I be working?
In clients' homes across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Our Victorian coverage is deepest through Melbourne's northern and western corridors, and our New South Wales work runs out of Fairfield across western Sydney. Tell us your suburb and how far you are willing to travel.
